JASON SPECTOR CO-FOUNDER Jason is the co-founder of Align Foundation Repair LLC. Jason grew up watching his family in the foundation repair industry. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps and spent five years on active duty. Those five years included one tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and a permanent duty station in San Diego. It was in San Diego that Jason met his wife to-be. Fast forward many years and Jason now has three children with his beautiful wife. After his time in the Marine Corps, Jason dedicated his time to working hard and finishing his college degree. He graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas, Cum Laude, with a major in Economics. Jason cut his teeth in the foundation industry by managing his Dad’s company for 6 years. Today, he oversees most day-to-day operations and sales for Align Foundation Repair.

JOSH SPECTOR CO-FOUNDER Josh is co-founder Align Foundation Repair LLC. Josh also grew up watching his family in the foundation repair industry. He grew up an avid musician, and after high school packed up to attend college at The University of Colorado Boulder. Josh spent four years in Colorado and graduated with a degree in Biology. He then came back to Texas to join the family foundation business. Josh was tasked with heading up operations in San Antonio where met his wife-to-be. Josh specializes in marketing, sales, and the technology needs of the company. However, Josh also has a hand in all operations at Align Foundation Repair.

ALAN BAILEY OPERATIONS MANAGER Alan is one of the hardest working, most likable, and quick-witted guys in the business. Alan has experience in many industries which led him to become a successful foundation repair technician and manager. Alan started with Align Foundation Repair in 2012 and has been an integral player in the success of the company.

DANIELLE MEWBOURN OFFICE MANAGER Born and raised in Texas, Danielle has always called the area home. She joined Align Foundation Repair in the summer of 2017 and serves as the friendly voice and first point of contact for customers as the Office Manager. Danielle brings dedication, personality and a strong work ethic to the team. Today, she lives locally with her husband and their two dogs, enjoying both her community and the work she does to help customers with their foundation needs.
